1. About Nordic Nonsense

Nordic Nonsense is a locally-based company offering day tours in Iceland. Our goal is to provide our guests with a flawless experience throughout their tours. 2. Booking and Confirmation

It is your responsibility to provide all required details during the booking process. Once your booking is complete, you will receive a booking confirmation email with your booking number and the relevant vouchers for the services you have booked. The voucher will serve as proof of payment, so please ensure you bring it with you on the day of your tour or keep it accessible on your mobile device.

You are responsible for reviewing all the details in your confirmation and associated documents to ensure their accuracy. If you notice any discrepancies, such as incorrect dates or the wrong number of participants, please contact Nordic Nonsense immediately. Prompt action is essential, as changes to your booking may not be possible as the tour departure date approaches. Nordic Nonsense will not be held responsible for errors in the booking process that are not reported promptly.

We recommend reviewing all relevant information immediately after receiving your booking confirmation and vouchers to ensure everything is correct.


3. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@nordicnonsense.is. If you are unable to email your cancellation, you may call our office at +354 6616123.

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure and receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable.


4. Tour Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour for any reason (e.g., adverse weather, illness of a tour guide, or insufficient participants), we sincerely apologize and will do our best to reschedule your tour so you can still enjoy a fantastic experience. If rescheduling is not possible, or if you choose not to reschedule, we will issue a full refund.


5. Our Liability

Nordic Nonsense is not liable for any loss, damage, accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur during your tour. This also applies to any changes in the tour schedule due to weather, strikes, or other force majeure events. Tour operators reserve the right to alter routes, programs, and itineraries as needed due to weather conditions, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to minimize any potential losses arising from unforeseeable events.


6. Modifications and Changes

Nordic Nonsense reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We also retain the right to make the final decision in interpreting the terms of service and the terms and conditions outlined on our website.

While we are committed to ensuring that any changes are minimal and will not detract from the overall tour experience, we will make every reasonable effort to inform our customers as soon as possible when changes occur.

By making a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the possibility of such modifications and trust that any changes will be made with your best interests and safety in mind.


8. Venue & Governing Laws

These Terms are governed by Icelandic laws and shall be construed in accordance with them.

In case of a dispute between Nordic Nonsense and a client or anyone who considers themselves a party to this agreement the venue for such disputes is the district court of Reykjanes.
